Notice in this variation the card was actually produced blurred.

Just like coin collectors who collect coins that have been mis-stamped, I also collect cards that have been mis-printed. I don't intentionally go out looking for these cards but while looking through literally thousands of cards I come across one of these every now and then. I gave it a Nickel Tour designation of n/a because The Nickel Tour does not include a section for mis-printed cards.
